Event Space Rental

Service Description

Our special space has allowed many families, businesses, and friends to create memorable events with charm, convenience, and comfort. From baby showers, to wedding showers, to celebrations of life, to business events, to receptions, to birthday parties, and beyond, we can help you! IMPORTANT INFORMATION: *Available at an hourly rate of $100 with a minimum 2 hours rental. *NO half hour rental times. *Reservation MUST INCLUDE your set up and clean up time. *If you go over your allotted period, you will be charged. Please be cognizant of time. Arrive and exit at the allotted times. * Hours available to rent are Monday-Saturday 4-9pm. Sunday's 10-8 pm . *PLEASE BE ADVISED the coffee side of the store is OFF LIMITS AT ALL TIMES, Kids must be supervised. *Do not allow kids to play in the water fountain or go up and down the stairway in the back foyer. Please supervise your kids at all times. *The rental space MUST be returned to its original condition after the event is over. HOW TO SECURE OUR DINING/LOUNGE AREA Hours to rent begin Monday-Saturday 4-9pm. Sunday's 10-8 pm. Hourly rental rate is $100 per hour with a 2 hour minimum. Breakdown of initial payment/booking: - When making your reservation, you will pay a $200 Refundable Security Deposit that is required at the time of booking and is reflected in the total. It will be returned within 3 DAYS after the event, pending no damages or policy violations. - The full rental payment (total due for your rental time) is due 30 DAYS before the event date. You will receive an invoice via your email we have on file. Failure to make the final rental payment by the due date, may result in forfeiture of the reservation.
